Thallus gelatinous (having the appearance of Tctraspora), 4 mm. thick; fil-
aments somewhat fasciculately branched, 12-14 mic. in diameter; cells cylin-
drical, 4-5 times longer than wide; branches long attenuate, flagelliform
with cells twice as long as broad ; end cells of branches developed into very
long hairs ; intercalary cells of branches producing zoogonidia.
