GUYANA. Potaro-Siparuni Region. Pakaraima Mts, Mt. Wokomung;
W slope on sub-plateau near head of Mo-toy-mabaru Creek. Elevation:
1150-1200 m. 5°4'N 59°53'W. Medium canopy, 20 m, cloud forest on
sandstone; soils thick organic matter on sand. Trailing subshrub (?);
leaves light green below; peduncles maroon; leaf vestiture white to tan.
On ground. Diverse woody plants including Melastomataceae,
Araliaceae, Annonaceae, Arecaceae. High vascular and non-vascular
epiphytic density.
Corolla white; fruit light maroon, cup-like.
