Description: Annual herb of the Buckwheat
family; stems erfeot. 12 to 20 in* high, densely white-
woollymuch branched throughout. Leaves "densely white-
tomentose. or woolly,- especially beneath, of an oboVate
or oblanceolate type, the lower ones stalked. Inflores-

lucres (containing the clustered flowers) pubescent:
