Description
"Judas Tree, South Europe, W. Asia." Picturesque old tree, 14 m. tall, 70 cm. dbh.; bark dark. A few new leaves flushing, otherwise leafless. Flowers pink, more or less the color of C. canadensis, which does not do at all well here in Adelaide. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
