Small clump of individuals to about 0.4 m tall in dry duff woodland soil. Soiid green leaves; white flowers on the slender raceme. Ocreae pubescent. Growing in an Oak-Hickory Mesic Woodland with Quercus alba, Acer platanoid.es, Toxicodendron radicans, Lindera benzoin, Sassafras albidum, and Maianthemum racemosum. Matthew C.
