T19S R19E Section 3, center, 5600 feet,
1706 m.
At spring, in canyon with Rhus
choriophylla, Vitis, Quercus grisea,
Mimosa dysocarpa, Juglans major,
Prosopis velutina, Acacia, Desmodium,
Rhamnus californica, Bothriochloa,
Hedeoma; on open slopes Agave schottii,
A. palmeri, Macrosiphonia, Eragrostis
lehmaniana, Croton, Mimosa dysocarpa,
Cheilanthes, Acacia angustissima,
Mammillaria heyderi, Ferocactus
wislizenii, Fouquieria, Evolvulus,
Echinocereus pectinatus, Dasylirion,
Jatropha macrorhiza, Artemesia
ludoviciana, Solanum eleagnifolium,
Celtis reticulata, Quercus grisea, Q.
emoryi. Locally frequent herbaceous
perennial, just above creek edge, on
beginning of slope, flowers blue and
white.
