IN SOUTH CAROLINA

Parthenium ¡ntegrifolium L.
Steep slopes just northeast of Poor Mountain.
Much of the survey was done at the crest; a couple
of very diverse open meadows. The surrounding
areas include typical mountain species: hemlock,
white pine, short leaf pine, Virginia pine black gum,
red maple, dogwood, hickory, tulip poplar, and mtn
laurel. Located at the USFS inbetween forest
service road 7441 and 744A. 34.4583N &
83.0872W.
