Washington Co:	ca. 2 miles NE of Mineral, on slopes above
the upper Middle Fork Dennett Creek, Hitt Mountains,
Payette NF, T14N R6U S02 NU4; Elev: 5700 ft.; Slope: 15-
35°; Aspect: S to SU; calcareous substrate; rocky soil in
Agropyron spicatum-Balsamorhiza sagittata community that
has been heavily invaded by Bromus tectorum, also with
Sisybrium altissimum, Chrysothamnus viscidiflorus, Poa
secunda, Lomatium sp. Tragopogon dubius; rays yellow,
plants 20-60 cm tall (avg. is 50-60 cm), widely scattered,
rare, ca. 120 individuals observed over about 40 acres.
