man Creek Quad. Along Salmon River Rd about 3%
mi south of junction with Hwy 75 and. upstream of
group campground.
E.ev 7520 ft. 300+ plants, full sun, aspect S
to SW A nearly level area along both sides of
road, which is about 50 ft SW of edge of pine
stand. Mostly grass and forb community, with
sage/grass and riparian willows at a distance.
Scattered Artemisia tridentata vaseyana, a Pot-
enti11a with small pink flowers, rhizomatous
A_ ster, abundant Antennaria and Achillea, very
small Juncus, Trifolium with very narrow leaf-
lets, yellow Castilleja, a little Perideridia.
