Mounds to boat landing, 88 paces E of parking lot between
the mounds and the landing, at base of Brady's Bluff.

One large clone on steep, cindery roadedge, covering ca. 1 m2.
In shade of Juglans nigra and Ulmus rubra [?] with
Parthenocissus vitacea, Eupatorium rugosum, Poa pratensis,
Taraxicum officinale, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, and
Cerastium vulgatum.
Originally collected by R.R. Kowal, 1980 Jun 9. 1997 Jun 3:
Revisited with Alison M. Mahoney; ~3 rosettes collected.
2004 Nov 17: Revisited area with Norman E. Kowal; clone
apparently extirpated, perhaps by road-work. Population
"Perrot State Park", individual IB, grown in Test Garden 5,
position 12. Chunky plant, somewhat condensed
inflorescence. Adventitious shoots on roots present, but
only a few.
