FANLEAF. Spreading, somewhat fleshy annuals with pungent
odor; leaves moist under the dense pubescence.
1.8 mile N 75° E of Antelope Springs at base of range in
Deep Springs Valley, T7S R36E S17. Silty calcareous soil
and deflated alluvium sloping 30° SW on old lacustrine
beds, mixed desert scrub with Atriplex, Psorothamnus,
Menodora, Hymenoclea, Ephedra, Tetradymia & Acamptopappua
Sporadically common on loose desert substrata.
