Plants fairly low, these are sun "forms" growing in the
open; corolla dull pink, the flowers visited by
bumblebees; roots and rhizomes with pleasant candy
scent; patches along road edge next to gas station just
off 1-95 on N side of SC 68 about 2 mi W of
Yemassee.
