Stem sides puberulent-glandular; calyx lobes
lanceolate, the lobes and tube glandular; corolla pale
pink, plants nearly past blooming; a patch of about 45
aerial stems with Duchesnea, Ambrosia, Juncus,
Achillea, Solidago in an open ditch near edge of
enormous slag heap at edge of scraped field; E side of
US 221, about 0.25 mi N of jet with US 58 on NE
side of Hillsville.
