Senecio aureus X plattensis
In loam around line stone at edge of mostly hard-
wood forest. North side of Va. 652, 1.5 miles
west of 665 (Price1s Fork). Parents growing
within 20 mtrs of each other. A continuum of
variation, swamping parents, especially
plattensis. Biennial to perennial, achenes
hispid to glabrous.
