Juniper woodland- Steep SE facing slope among limestone bluffs. Very shallow, gravelly soils. Associated with Juniperus osteosperma* Oryzopsis hymenoides, Elymus ambiguus, Descurania richarsonii, Poa secunda, Lomatium foeniculaceua, Atremisia arbuscula arbuscula, Cryptantha scoparia.
