Elevation 5700ft. South to south-west facing 10% slope. Surrounded by
Psedotsuga menziesii in basalt soils. Associated species include Lupinus sp.,
Helianthella uniflora, Penstemon acuminata, P. venustus, Scutellaria angustifolia
and Vicia americana var. truncata.
