Description
Perennial herb; stem 40cm; leaves thick, petioled, lanceolate, basal up to 14cm long, oblanceolate; sepals broad, tapered to acute tips, glabrous, scarious, erose edge; corolla limb dark blue, tube and throat grading blue to white; anthers minutely pubescent, short stiff hairs, S-shaped dehiscence. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.
