gentle slopes on gently rolling landscape underlain by
Blossom Sand, NE quarter of Tridens Prairie Preserve, ca.
50-300 ft. W of St. Rt. 38 from points 100-600 ft. S of its
jet. with US Rt 82 just N of Brookston, at N33°38’26.0”,
W095°41 ’52.4”. Toco Quadrangle. Elev. 590-600 ft.
Grassland characterized by Sparobolus silveanus, Tripsacum dactyloides.
Other associates included Agrostis hyemalis, Baptisia sphaerocarpa, Carex
bushii, Coreopsis grandiflora, DichantheUum oligosanthes, D.
sphaerocarpon, Echinacea pallida, Erigeron strigosus, Eryngium
yuccifolium, Euthamia gymnospermoides, Fimbristylis puberula,
Helianthus grosseserratus, H. mollis, H. pauciflorus, Liatris pycnostachya,
Linum medium, Lobelia appendiculata, Lolium perenne, Lythrum alatum,
