N-facing cove hardwood (dominated by Carya ovata and Acer saccharum, with Aesculus, Carpinus, Fraxinus, Prunus, Quercus, Ulmus) forest with sparse Juniperus communis amidst extensive limestone outcrops. Corticolous on Acer.
