Sandy floodplain, the only trees are thick stands of Salix humboldtiana (population of nearly all dioecious plants), Tessaria integrifolia.

Shrub 2 m. tall. Corolla white, with very faint violet tinge. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
