Bolivia. Santa Cruz. Ñuflo de Chávez Prov. 21 km NW of San Ramon on road to Ascencion de Guarayos.

Habitat
Low, dry forest on pre-Cambrian hills. Dipteryx alata, Curatella americana. Common on roadside, but not present in undisturbed woods.

Description
Slender shrubs with few, ascending branches, the largest plants to 3 m. tall and with spreading crown. Flowers open, odorless (10:00 A.M., drizzly overcast day); corolla white, with very pale violet on the outside; anthers yellow. Fruit green, a few seen turning orange. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
