2.5 mi. N85°W of its summit, T8S R34E S8. Carbonate
outcrop sloping 25°S with Eriogonum, Ambrosia, Haplo-
pappus, Gutierrezia, Menodora, Senecio. Scattered
locally, spreading annuals, heads solitary.
ALT. 4270 feet. Owens Valley drainage.
