Alluvial forest; white sand mixed with brown sand. Tree, 7 m tall.
Bark brown, peely. Flowers cauliflorous; terminal spikes. Flower
light purple to white; sepals white; petals purple; filaments white;
anthers dark pink. Fruit immature, green, with apical tip and
placental margin expanded.
