Vemally wet southwesterly slope of decomposed
granite. Local vegetation dominated by Ceanothys
integerrimus, Prunus emarginatus, Chrysothamnus
nauseosus (gray), Quercus chrysolepis, Q. kelloggii,
Elymus glaucus, Erigeron foliosus stenophyllus, Lupinus
sp. (herbaceous perennial), Poa secunda, Camissonia
campestris, Gayophytum sp. etc.
Annual, locally abundant on seepy slope; herbage
gray-green; perianth segments and anthers yellow.
