shoulder in flat, gravelly, creosotebush
desert.
Associates: Larrea. Gutierrezia.
Descurainea pinnata, Cryptantha crass-
isepala. Astragalus tephrodes var.
tephrodes.
Characteristics: These are the first plants
of this species here in bloom, in lowest
parts of bar ditch? rays lilac.
