Sandy area between Hwy. 133 and the railroad,, disturbed,
with some native prairie plants and some weedy species
such as Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Tridens flavus, Solanum
carolinense, Strophostyles helvola, Monarda punctata,
Euphorbia dentata.
Erect herbs. Corolla light yellow with dark purple spots;
bracts pink-purple. On some plants the petals are darker
than on others.
