lot 10, SW 1/4. 0.34-0.4 km E-SE of old corral
site on lap 1 of Horseback Trail, beside old
quarry. On edge of upland mixed forest. Growing
with Quercus hemispherica, Carya glabra,
Crataegus flava, Lespedeza hirta. Herbaceous
perennial; leaves with aromatic oils (mint).
Corolla pale yellow, spotted with purple;
inflorescence bracts white-pink.
