Degraded tallgrass prairie remnant with Monarda
fistulosa, Solidago canadensis, Silphium laciniatum,
Euphorbia corollata, Melilotus, Daucus, Apocynum.
Full sun. Flowers pale purple (lilac) showy; locally
common perennial herb to 1 meter tall, large colony;
pleasantly pungent-aromatic aroma.
