Open grassy areas of old fields or pastures,
part of the original prairie vegetation, with
Helianthus maximilianL Aster ericoides. Flowers
bright lilac, odorless, visited by bumblebees
(sunset of dry hot sunny day). Voucher for
bulk medicinal screening by Pfizer Inc.: 43947a
