Trepadora de 6-7 metros. Flores amarillo pálido.
Frutos pardo rojizo con pinta verde amarillenta
de 2 cm. de longitud, por 12 ram. de diámetro. Car
nosos semillas con arilo rojizo, ^as láminas de
las hojas son onduladas brillosas de color verde
intenso. Semi-e'pífita en bosque alto crece muy
ahderida a los árboles. Puerto Pizana (margen de
Coll.recha del río Huallaga)
