elev. 7000', on S-facing sandy grayish clay slope, with
Hyaenopappus filifolius, Eriogonua wrightii, Pinus edulis, Yucca
angustissiaa, Juniperus aonosperaa, Castilleja integra,
Abronia nana, Euphorbia chaaaesuia.
Plants in dense cluaps to 1.5 da broad; flowers white to very
pale lavender.
Distributed froa NHC to: NMC, NY, ID.
