OHIO, Guernsey Co., Bell Cemetery, on broad ridgetop,
along “Old 21 Road”, 3.3 km SSW of the Plainfield Road
junction in North Salem. The surrounding woods with
Sassafras albidum, Prunus serotina and naturalized
Ailanthus altissima.
40°07’12”N, 81°33’20”W. alt. 325 m.
In lawn of cemetery. Many rosettes but many fewer
inflorescences. Flowers yellow, closed (7:00 P.M., sunny).
