Corentyne River.

Dry ’savannah’, on white sand with Curatella shrubs to 2m high,
occasional fires occur. Adjacent to semi-bare areas between
tussocks of grass 2895. Also with Cyperaceae 2894, 2896-8,
2900 and grass 2899.
In shade of a small Curatella shrub. Tufted, plants to 40cm
diam., with creeping stout rhizome.
