Common along gravelly, rocky hwy shoulder just where CO 105 changes to gravel. 0.9-3.0 ft. tall. Biennial, or at most weakly perennial. Many with only 1 stem from the base, a few multi-stemmed individuals present. Growing with various weeds in opennings in pine forest. This is the same population as that of Wetter 929 (19 Aug 1986).
