Plants scattered, not very common, in
rocky soil along gravel road in park and
area between parking lot in park and the
street. 2 . 7-4.8 dm tall. Apparently
perennial, flowering stalks forming new
rosettes.
Growing and hybridizing (Wetter 842)
with Wetter 841 (G. inornata), less
common than 841.
