Plants growing in gravelly soil along roadside embankment. Scattered individuals, no plants seen forming large clumps. 0.4-0.9 ft. tall. Most plants with a single main stem, a few with 2-3 stems arising from a taproot. Growing with various grasses, Asteraceae, and other weedy species. Elev. 8000 ft.
