R.R. crossing on Mills St., this is just behind
the Univ. of Wisconsin's power plant, this block
of Mills St. is between Dayton and Springs Sts.
Only one plant see, growing next to R.R. tracks
in gravelly soil. Plant branching from the base,
each branch subsequently branching from above the
middle. 2.5 ft. tall.
