Plants common in sandy soil along
roadside ditch along hwy. 3.5-6.0 dm
tall. Most plants apparently biennial,
although 1 or 2 plants appear to be
perennial. Many plants with just one
stem that branches above the middle,
others with multiple stems from the
base.
