GUYANA. Cuyuni-Mazaruni. Tulameng Mtn, ca 4 km E-SE of summit
(summit atN 5°33'10.6", W 60°57'28.8"), at base of high falls. 674 m
5°32'19.8"N 60°57'20.3"W. Splash basin. Transitional from woody
krunholtz forest to entirely herbaceous, rich in grasses. Herb forming
dense clumps in seepage areas. Bases of plant brown. Flowering scapes to
40cm. Bracteoles brown. Silica sample.
