Plants common in sandy soil along hwy
shoulder and ditch, also common in adjacent
pasture. 0.5-1.5 ft. tall. Heads very
sticky, many plants with multiple stems from
the base, others with just one stem that
braches from above the middle. Biennials.
Growing with various grasses, yucca, Solanum
and scattered junipers.
