Marathon, 26.4 mi W of jet with US 285 in
Sanderson.
Plants common but scatterd in clayish soil 1n
low area along hwy and adjacent pasture. No
plants seen in pasture. Area appears to have
been mowed. Many plants well past flowerinq in
full fruit, 3.0-3.5 ft. tall. Growing with
various grasses.
