NM: Sandoval Co. Along NM 44, 0.6 mi, N of
jet NM 44 & NM 96 N of Cuba.
Scattered along hwy shoulder and embankments
in rocky soil. 1.5-2.0 ft. tall. Most with
multiple stems from the base. Perennial.
Just starting to flower. Ants common on many
plants. Growing with various roadside weeds,
scattered Artemisia.
