Occurrence in 1953 as known from preserved specimens (#) in dao, can, and acadia herbaria, and from sight records by D. Erskine or reliable reports (O). PLANTS OF PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND,CANADA Rubus chamaemorus L. (" Yellow-Berries1' of Morrissey.) Black Marsh, 1 mile south of North Point, Prince County. On peat hummocks in a bog. Producing buds and stolons under the moss. Fruit of large yellowish fleshy drupelets, the maximum 14, rarely more than 3 setting; flavour very mild. No. 2162 Coll. D. Erskine July 28, 1953. (5 rep.)
