Harvard University, Gray Herbarium (GH) PLANTS OF CALIFORNIA Rubus bifrons Vest ROSACEAE Primocanes arching to 10ft high, up to 1 in diameter, tip-rooting and often creeping; floricane branches often further branched, mostly not flowering, petals pale pink when present; locally common. Growing in sun to partial shade in a thicket along the N. fork of Strawberry Creek, along the NW side of the creek just S of a foot bridge. Around 200ft N of the E part of the Valley Life Sciences Building, University of California, Berkeley, Alameda Co.
