Rubus allegheniensis x procumbens
About |rway between Barsons and Melrose*
3-4-j=r ft. high, ascending and prolonged
tips procumbent the 2nd year. Steins terete
on obscurely angled below, and more or
less hispid and angular. Stem angular,
lower leaves 3, upper 5, with lower leaf-
lets sessile. Fruit very large, upper ripe
and sweet; seeds very large.
