Elev. 50 ft. Geology - Montgomery Formation (Quaternary). Coiiunity
dominated by Pinus palustris - Quercus incana. Associates include Cyperus
retrofractus, C. grayioides, Rhynchospora grayi, and Palafoxia reverchonii.
Rays all white; plants rhizoaatous, forming extensive colonies.
