Compositae Fleischmannia incarnata King & H. Robinson Leon County: Tall Timbers Research Station, in near vicinity of "Sloan House". In annually burned, open upland pineland. Plants slender, stems weak, many of them exceeding 1 m tall, held erect by means of subdivaricate, short branches as plants grew through brushy thicket.
