Sandstone rocks, with open sand in flatter areas. Open scrub in exposed sites to scattered low woodland & marsh. This plant growing on rocks & by sand.

Description
Spindly shrub to 1 m. Leaves glossy dark green above, grey green beneath. Bracteoles rather bright green, tinged purple at tips. Corolla deep pink with yellow orange throat surrounded by whitish area. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
