Alamos Creek, up the San Mateo Trail north to Potrero de la
Cienega, T7S R5W portions of secs. 3,4,9,15, & 16. Elev. 1300'
- 2200'. Mosaic of Adenostoma fasciculatum - Ceanothus
crassifolius chaparral and Eriogonum fasciculatum - Salvia apiana
coastal sage scrub on slopes, with scattered stands of Quercus
agrifolia woodland, and riparian woodland of Platanus racemosa,
Salix lasiolepis, and Baccharis salicifolia in canyon bottom.
Perennial herb, flowers yellow. Common in along stream in oak
woodland, top of Tenaja Falls, SE comer NE1/4 sec. 16.
