Thin lanceolate leaves. Flowers in small, flattish bunches, leaves with
very small, fine hairs. To about 4 ft. tall. Infrequent. Growing in a
high meadow of a brushy 21 year old old-field with Solidago juncea,
Solidago rugosa, Malus, and Juniperus virginiana.
